In celebration of the 35th Anniversary Season, the Lexington Opera House, DreamWorks Theatricals and NETworks Presentations, LLC. are pleased to announce that SHREK THE MUSICAL with book and lyrics by David Lindsay-Abaire and music by Jeanine Tesori for 5 performances only February 17 – 19, 2012. Tickets are on sale now and are available at the Lexington Center Ticket Office.
Presented by Broadway Live and Saint Joseph Health System, SHREK THE MUSICAL is an entirely new musical which opened on Broadway December, 2009, SHREK THE MUSICAL is based on the story and characters from William Steig’s book Shrek!, as well as the DreamWorks Animation film Shrek, the first chapter of the Shrek movie series.
SHREK THE MUSICAL will play the Lexington Opera House for five performances, February 17 – 19, 2012. Tickets range from $25 – $85, are on sale now and are available at the Lexington Center Ticket Office. Groups of 10 or more should call (859) 233-4567 ext.3292.
