The open-toe bootie – another haute fall 2010 transition option. You can’t go wrong. The options are endless!…channeling androgynous edginess to ones that eloquently pair sensible with the totally impractical to the point even the most reserved shopper will be investing!
However, remember to dress to fit your body type – just because it might be trendy to wear booties with skirts - if it doesn’t look right on your figure….don’t do it! Pair them with jeans or pants. Now even if you don’t have stick thin legs, the black bootie paired with black opaque tights and a black pencil skirt would work. Why? all same color family – creates a long look. You could do the same with brown etc…just keep the colors the same. Haute haute haute…..
