The magazine Todays Woman, out of Louisville, recently featured Biz Ruby on the cover. Biz Ruby is definitely one hautemomma! First, in 2008, she launched her brand, www.bizruby.com, featuring a fabulous belt line, but that wasn’t enough to keep her busy….so she recently launched her own marketing company called BizR, marketing out of the ordinary. Zeugma Book

Introducing the Zeugma Book!…It is a coffee table fashion/creative photography book with the goal of showcasing not only the local talent of gorgeous models (stylists etc..), but gorgeous locations in Louisville / Lexington. The concept of Zeugma, a figure of speech describing the joining of two or more parts of a sentence with a single common verb or noun, is displayed in this publication by portraying this [literary semantic] relationship between words and phrases in a visual sense and exhibiting the creative vision as being synonymous with the location. Completion of this is expected to be in December of 2009. It is estimated to be about 150-200 pages long.
Andrew Kung is the author of the book as well as the photographer, so it will be very photo-centric while featuring a lot of the biography and insights from the different personalities contributing to the project i.e….accompanying interviews, behind-the-scenes pictures and video footage allowing readers an inside view at everyone involved.
This Thursday, Nov. 12th – the Fashion Collaborative monthly meeting is at Awesome Inc. 348 East Main Street. Thursday November 12, 7:00pm. Special guest Lexington Vice-Mayor Mr. Jim Gray. Andrew Kung will present a presentation regarding ZEUGMA Book – so if you want to learn more – Don’t Miss It!
