The Michelle Feis Collection, haute t-shirts designed by Atlanta designer Michelle Feis, are both casually-chic and environmentally friendly. She has taken original designs and paired them with a comfortable stylish look. HMS caught up with this super-haute fashionista to find out more about her and her collection!
Tell HMS a little bit more about how you started the Michelle Feis Collection.
Starting my own fashion collection had been a lingering dream, and the spark that finally made me “just do it” was the depressed real estate market. The impact of being a real estate agent without much going on and not a whole lot of good news in that field was what essentially motivated me to start my own company… one that I felt especially passionate about, that also let my creativity shine. So one day in June 2008 I got started with the artwork for my Wild Horses design and literally just took everything else step by step, bit by bit from there.

What do you love most about starting your own venture?
Being in the driver’s seat, and the thrill of watching my own endeavor evolve.
